At Guitar Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it is not the perfect fit, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all included packaging and accessories to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and select your reason for the return.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully repack the instrument in its original hardshell case or gig bag, and secure it within the original shipping box with all picks, manuals, and cables.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our luthiers inspect the instrument for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
