• Adirondack Spruce top - this guitar was born with a sunburst top, but the previous owner did not appreciate it and wanted the top in French polish.  So in 2017 the work was done at Tippin Guitars and the result is a wonderful natural French Polished top as seen here!
• Red spruce bracing; hot hide glue construction
• Vintage style marquetry forms the rosette & top purfling
• Dovetail neck joint
• Nitrocellulose lacquer over shellac finish (except for the top)
• Nickel Waverly tuning machines
• Mother of Pearl headstock logo
• The neck sports a subtle sunburst as well as the headstock backplate
• Grained ivoroid body bindings, heelcap, and endgraft
• Ebony bridge with vintage style through saddle
• Ebony fretboard

• The Tone? Certainly lives up to Julius's outstanding reputation for open, solid, vintage sounding guitars!
• Excellent overall condition, it has had the bridge removed & re-glued, & as already noted the top stripped and refinished by French Polishing it.
